Pool Codes

To obtain a code, please sign the attached Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver form and either deliver it to the Board or mail it, along with any appropriate fees, to:

Burberry Place HOA
C/O W&M Consulting
PO Box 140432
Broken Arrow, OK 74014

Note that there may be a delay in receiving a code if choosing the mail option. Faxed waivers will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the signed code waiver, and pending assessment evaluation that the resident is in good standing (or if a tenant of a non-resident owner, that the current lease in force has been provided to the Board), the code will then be activated and given to the resident. By signing the Acknowledgment and Waiver Form, members are agreeing not to distribute codes to anyone outside their immediate family or authorized guardian.

Restrooms

The restroom fixtures are sanitized and cleaned on a regular basis. The designated maintenance person(s) are responsible for cleaning mirrors, counters, stocking hand towels, emptying trash and hosing down the floors. However, please be mindful of the other Association members by cleaning up after yourself when using the restrooms. Anyone found to have vandalized the restrooms in any way will be subject disciplinary action by the BPHA Board and/or the Owasso police.

Pool Parties
At this time Private Pool parties are not allowed.

Pool Ownership
We need your help in keeping the pool in service for those who live in our community and our guests. Please contact the Pool Committee or any other Board member immediately if you encounter suspicious activity or anyone diminishing your family’s enjoyment of the pool.

Please remember that you have ownership of your neighborhood pool and if you see rules being broken you have every right to remind neighbors to adhere to the rules.  If you do not feel comfortable doing this, please contact your HOA Board.  It will take neighbors working together to ensure the pool is an enjoyable place to relax.
