A new Pool Release and Liability (Waiver) is required to be filled out in order to have your current pool fob activated or a new pool fob to be issued for the 2023 pool season. Two dates have been set if you would like to come to the pool area. If you would like to speed up the process or cannot make a date, you can fill out the Pool Waiver (download link) and email to admin@wandmconsulting.com.
