Neighborhood Reminder:
As part of our signed, legal covenants we agreed not to park our personal cars in the street overnight. We also do not park and leave trailers or boats in our neighborhood. Just a reminder for those that are not following the rules of the road....

Lawn Care Reminder
Treating your yard for weeds helps you cut your mowing time and stops the weeds from cutting into your homes value. There are several professional companies that can help you with little cost or the local hardware store can assist you in getting your yard in shape.

Pool Furniture:
Please remember to take care of OUR pool furniture. If you see any abuse, report it. It cost's money out of our HOA funds to replace broken furniture. This in the end costs you. Please help us all by keeping an eye out and treating it as your own.

Noise Nuisance
Please be kind and respectful to your neighbors. By respecting proper times for loud outdoor noise. After 10 pm, 7 days a week, should be quiet time for loud radios, horns, ect. The park should also be quiet after dark or 9pm. Residents live close by and loud games, honking horns and such cause issues. By respecting all of our neighbors, our community will grow.
